Counseling Fees & Rates:
Rates may vary depending on your financial situation, we will work with you to create a payment plan that meet your needs.
Payment is due at the time of service.
- $100 per 60 minute session (Individual)
- $150 per 60 minute session (Family)
- $200 per 60 minute session (Married)

Good Faith Estimate:
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Before starting Christian Counseling, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, for the total cost of all non-emergency counseling services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosuprises/consumer. or call 800-368-1019.
Insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan reimbursement you for counseling services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $25.00 late fee for the first occurrence and the full rate fee rate for any incidents thereafter. Most insurance companies will not reimburse you for this charge.
