Agreement by Counselee(s):

· You agree not to share details of counseling sessions with those who do not have a necessary role in the counseling or conciliation process.

· In matters involving legal action, you agree that all discussions with your counselor are considered settlement negotiations and are inadmissible in court or legal discovery. You also agree not to compel your counselor to testify or disclose information from counseling sessions. Likewise, your counselor will not voluntarily share such information.

· Hearts Poured Out counselors are legally required to report suspected or known cases of child abuse or neglect, in compliance with state law.

· If a dispute arises between you and your counselor, you agree to seek resolution through biblical means, including discussion, mediation, and, if necessary, arbitration based on the Rules of Procedure of the Institute for Christian Conciliation.
